Heard from my friends tour operators can be rather expensive compared to the personal arrangements. The only thing is though there are a lot of things to look upon if things are required to be arranged personally. Members who have traveled with the help of tour operators what do you say on this? Is it affordable?

I hope you can help me with my question. I would like to invest money in some real estate around Chennai. The only problem I have is where to look for information. All I could find about property in India so far is this but I have no clue if this site is any good or not. So if you could provide me with some information about the real estate market in India, I would be more than thankful.
