I really miss the old House dvd box set from the first four seasons..In the House box set fifth season and in begining of this season they are making him nice and his jokes aren't so funny and mean anymore.
Well, season six just started. I agree, House dvd box set without pain and misery isn't House. I hope he returns to normal. Besides, writers have always made it a point that things like honesty, love, happiness have egoistic motives and that House isn't a fairy tale but a realistic portrail of human behavior. I doubt we will finally see a genius who's been miserable his entire life suddently pray to God and be nice to people.
As a side note, we've already had an episode where House md seasons 1-5's niceness almost killed the patient. I doubt they want to go back there.
I can hardly wait to see how House dvd box set returns to his normal obnoxious self, being proven right about the world once again.
