I didn't start watching
Battlestar Galactica until the entire series was finished. My wife and I slammed through every episode in the course of a couple of weeks. She's not usually a fan of science fiction, and I tend not to like science fiction television, but I had too many people tell me it was worth a look so we took the plunge and it was a lot of fun.
In spite of a few hokey elements, the entire series kept me involved and excited. Unlike a few gripers out there, I thought the ending was perfect, very much in keeping with the tone of the series as a whole but still novel and poignant.
I feel that
Battlestar Galactica is one of the greatest television shows created so far, with a depth and scope unmatched by the vast majority of science-fiction and drama.I prefer seeing further aditions to the series .
