"Scrubs DVD " star Braff, who led such indie gems as "Garden State" and "The Last Kiss," will team up with Cameron Diaz for the romantic comedy "Swingles," according to Variety. Braff will also direct and rewrite the script, which was to follow a man who, when dumped by his wingman, replaces him with a woman he doesn't like (presumably Diaz). No points for guessing our main characters' hatred masks a deep love, and that they hook up by the end. It'd be nice to see Braff put an indie spin on that formula, though. Scrubs DVD
