Commonwealth lightweight champion Khan will feature on the undercard of Nicky Cook's defence of his WBO super-featherweight belt at London's ExCeL Arena.
Khan has been sparring with Pacquiao at Roach's Wild Card Gym in Los Angeles and will remain in California until late November.
"It's been great out here, I'm not distracted with anything outside of boxing and all I do is train and learn," said the 21-year-old.
"I'm working on so much stuff with Freddie that I'm going home more mentally tired than physically tired.
"Although the loss to Prescott was a big blow, it was perhaps the best thing that could have happened to me because it made me realise I had to change things and I've made the right move to Freddie.
"I'm really looking forward to my comeback fight and showing everyone that I am back and have even more determination to reach the top."
Fagan has campaigned at lightweight and light-welterweight, winning the Irish title in the latter division in June 2006. Fagan won 22 of his 27 fights with 13 knockouts on his record.
