part-4

kasturi's eyes scanned the whole sabarwal party for robbie... she failed to find him.she never knew that he went inside to meet her nanima.

robbie: namastay maasi ji
nanima: 'araay robbie baitay..andhar aawo..' she invited him with a smile...she was sitting on a double seater couch.he went and sat beside her....

robbie:'kaisay ho...maasi ji'

nanima: 'mai teek huon...thum kaisay ho ?kuch dino say deghaayee nahee thay rahay thay...'

for some time they had formal talks.

kasturi did not know when he went out of the party.she did not care too...

next day...it is a friday. kasturi was happy about it.

kasturi ' today is friday...it is a week end.another two days i can be free from any tention' she thought happily.poor girl she donot know that she is going to be mad during the week end.

office:

kasturi was working in her cabin.

kasturi: "raj...u" she called her attender.

raju:" ji mam" he stood at her service

kasturi: 'latest designes approved file lay aawo.'

raju: 'wo tho rabbie sir kay paas hai'

kasturi : 'tho......?'

raju : 'robbie sir tho aaj office nahee aayeah..'

kasturi: "k..y..a..?...office nahee aayeah..!!!" she was surprised...yesterday night he was very much in her party...

kasturi: kyu...n?

raju: muchay nahee patha

kasturi: "call his assistance"

with in few minutes his assistance mr.warma 50 year ...elderly man entered her office.

kasturi: 'thumaaray saab aaj office kyun nahee aayeah? 'her voice showed that she is bit angry.

warma: 'i don't know..' kasturi got annoyed with his answer.

kasturi: 'what do u mean by " i don't know?"you are his assistance you should know that..'...warma couldnot answer.

kasturi: 'is he has any outdoor schedule to day..?'
warma:' nahee tho...friday ka poora schedule M.D saab nay cancel kar diya...'

kasturi: 'dad nay cancel kar waa thee?'she raised her eyebrow.

kasturi: 'call him..'...warma tried .nobody picked up the phone.

warma: 'shaayad wo ghar pay nahee hai..'

kasturi: 'call h..i..m on cell...'for every negative answer her tention increased.he tried again...

warma: 'it is out of reach' ..he looked at her helplessly.'you may go now...'she send him. kasturi was fuming in side...'what the hell he is doing...don't even care to inform me about his absent..'that thought made her more angry.after that the whole day she cannot concentrate in her work.

evening she left the office without her job satisfaction.the whole night she was brooding about his absent. 'let him go to hell...why should i bother about him..'she was trying to convince herself.nextday she woke up late cuz of her restless night.still her mind was thinking about his absent...eventhough she don't want to.after her quick breakfast..she want to divert hersef by going out for a small shopping.before leaving for shopping she went to nanima's room.

kasturi:'n..ani...ma' she went and hugged her.

nanima: 'araay yeah kya karrahee ho...' kasturi made her nanima to sit on the sofa.she too sit with her.

kasturi: 'nanima mai shopping jaarahee huon...aap ko kya chaaheyeah...'

nanima:'muchay kuch nahee chaheyeah...bus thum kush rahoo..yeah hee kaafi hai..'

when kasturi was talking to nanima she found a neatly folded milk white malmal handkerchif beside her.she took it .it was smelling good.

kasturi: 'nanima yeah kerchif...?'she looked at her with a Q mark on face.
nanima: 'yeah tho robbie ka hai dtho din say yahan padahuwa hai...'

kasturi:'r..o..b..bi.....ka?' she was surprised.

nanima:'party kay din milnay aayeah tha...shaayad thab chood diya ho ga..'she said casualy

'she is the right person to know about him...'thought kasturi.

kasturi:'nanima thum robbie ko jaan thay ho..?'she asked her without showing her interest in him

nanima: 'wo tho yahaan aatha jaatha raha tha hai.thumaaray dad ko ussay bahuth lagaav hai'

kasturi: eisay kyun?

nanima:'kyun ki wo bahuth unhar ladka hai.uskay paas bahuth saaray qhubeeyaan hai...jo thumaaray dad ko achchalagtha hai.sab say badi baath....robbie kay pitha thumaaray dad kay dosth thay.

jab thum UK mai thee thumaari poori zeemmay thaari dad nay usko diyaa tha .thumaara ghayaal wahee rakthatha.university ka fees bhar na....thumaaray hostel deen say , principal say baath karna..yaheen thak kay thumaaray semmester markes sheets thak wahee study kartha tha...thumaara office room bhee wahee furnish kiyaa.thodi din pahaylay thumaaray office room furnish karnay kay leayh thumaara manpasaandth rang much say poocha tha...' kasturi can't belive it.it was very difficult for her to do so.she went out of nanima's room with a confused state.
she could not enjoy her shopping...while back home she took a turn towards her office.she knows pretty well for all engineers saturday is a off.she walked in to her office.the assistance staffs were busy with their work.she went in to her cabin and took her seat.she herself don't understand y she came to the office.she called warma.warma came in.

kasturi:' kya aap kay saab aaj office aayeah hain?'
warma: 'wo kyun aathay ..aaj tho sir ka off hai.' her face became pink with anger..she told him to bring some files which she don't want to look in to at all ..just to show them she was there to do some urgent work. 'robbie's where about only dad knows ...' she thought.....but she don't want to ask him

on sunday she was awaiting for the monday.

finally... it is monday today.she took care in her dressing.by sharp 9am she was in her office cabin.

PART- 5

office:

by 9.30 pm she called her attender raju

raju:' ji mam'

kasturi; robbie sir ko 'latest design approved file lay aaneah kay leah kaho"

raju: ' par wo...'he did not complete.

kasturi; 'aaj bhee wo nahee aayeah..'she jumped in to conclution.

raju: 'nahe nahe wo aagayeah...par ab wo unit supervision kay leayh gayeah hai..' he completed.' omg..this man...'her anger was not getting added but getting multiplied

after an hour later..

robbie:'may i come in' he knocked at the half opened door to get in.

kasturi:' yes come in' she was trying to hide her anger.but couldn't......for the past 3 days his absence gave her lot of tention.she con't tolerate that.

robbie enterd in her cabin with a file in his hand.

kasturi;please sit...'

robbie; 'it is ok...' he didn't sit .he gave the file to her and stood beside her table.

kasturi raised her head and looked at him. he was looking so dull and tired.without a shave...still he was neatly dressed up in light skyblue half sleeve shirt and black pant with black shoes.ufff..he was more hot in 3days stubble...his eyes says that he did not have a proper sleep..by seeing his dull and tired look kasturi cooled down a lite bit....but still she remained angry...

kasturi:'i hope u know u r not suppose to take leave for 3 days with out perior permission....'even though her voice was low it sound angry.

robbie:'yep...i got the perior sanction from MD sir' he said politely.for kasturi this answer was the expected one .

kasturi:'don't u know that u should inform me too....' this time her voice was high...

robbie:yep...i did ...i forwarded my copy of the leave letter to u on thursday soon after the meeting....' his answer made kasturi ashamed...' o..h..my ...god.....for the past 3 days i did not check my mails...'she slighly bit her thin lip to hide her feeling.before she could say some thing puru entered her cabin.

puru: 'robbie thum aagayeah...'he came and hugged him.right from the begining kasturi was noticing this...for all other employes puru just says hi, hellow or maximum of hand shake..par as soon as he see robbie he huggs him.

puru:'i told you to take two more days leave...u should have taken and spend some more time with your mom...how is u r mom now..'

robbie: 'she is fine now...'even though kasturi was looking at the file given by robbie she was listerning to their talk.

puru:'kasturi how do u find the work..'....' it is ok.....but little....'before she could complete her answer...

puru:'i have some work to do with u...chalow meray saath....'he hold robbie's hand and walked towards the door.while going with puru robbie turned back and looked at her with pain in his eyes...she was staring at him...... trying to read his face... other than little bit thick stubble and lot of pain in his eyes ...he has no expression on his face.
