Eat more High-Water Content Foods
Eat more High-Water Content Foods
Monday, November 8, 2004
Eating foods that boast high-water contents, such as with fruits and vegetables, can help dieters lose more weight than those people that eat more calorie-dense foods. The theory contends that people can consume the same “weight†of food and fill up, while actually taking in higher-nutrient foods that are also high in water content. If you are looking to lose weight, it would be smart to add more fresh produce to your meals, such as fruit with breakfast, veggie sticks for snacks, salads before dinner and fruit for dessert.
