Being in love with Kareena, how does it feel to do a film on arranged marriage?
Personally speaking, I might not be able to connect with the concept of arranged marriage. But I know many people around me who have gone in for such an alliance. Many youngsters in contemporary India still follow this tradition. It’s a subject that touches the lives of many youngsters today.
A distinction is often made between love marriage and arranged marriage. Does it imply love is arranged?
I feel that it takes time to fall in love after marriage and understand what the institution stands for. When two unknown people are told about a marital alliance, it is difficult to find out when and whether they will fall in love and get to understand each other.
Coming from a broken family, do you still have faith in the institution of marriage?

I don’t think I’m in a position to answer this. I think a marital decision is a matter of conditioning and the values one grows up with. If I was born into a traditional family, I might have thought differently.

Dude shahid is an idiot, who would marry or sped time with Kareena... Can't understand, she had someone keep an eye on him when he was shooting Vivah with Amrita... like wtf, if she can't trust him that much, what is he doing with her. I would have never chosen her in the first place. and i think she made him turn down a movie with Amrita which she is shooting now with someone else.. LOL. i would dump her and go to Amrita, that is if she likes him...
