Initially, Kareena Kapoor was upset that Imtiaz Ali had not cast her in
LAK post the success of
Jab We Met. She soon found out that Deepika wasn’t the only heroine in the film and was sharing screen time with Brazilian hottie Giselli and English model Florence. That was some consolation for her.
LAK focuses as much on Harleen and Veer’s love story as it does on Jai and Meera’s. While most people and critics liked Deepika in the film, they couldn’t stop gushing over Giselli’s stunning silent act where her eyes expressed volumes and her flawless beauty.
