Heroes: Plot holes and un-answered questions

It seems that since 2009, the six episodes of Heroes that have aired really took the show nowhere. It’s almost difficult for me to watch, but I really want to believe the writers will fix it in the coming episodes. Here is a list of questions and discontinued plot lines I think should be addressed to save Heroes:
What's the deal with eclipses?
Where is the Hatian, and how do his powers work?
What happened to Dr. Zuckerman and how did the triplets get their powers?
Despite all this, I was happy with the last scene of the last episode of Heroes. It hinted that Angela Petrelli knows something deeper that has been going on behind the pointless and un-original plot lines of Heroes the past 6 episodes.
