Is it possible to make all the new users accept these rules when they sign up to
aC? Some think on the lines of "User Agreement" page we get when are installing a software? That way every one has to read the rules and sign that they are going to follow them.
Also there should be a rule on the number of posts or something in those lines to make people post some n posts before they can start downloading some hot links.
