something i want to add in this regard:
please remember one thing, just as soon as you get promotion, doesnt mean you can work for a month and so and become inactive. if you are promoted for any forum then you have to work there sincerely, else your permissions will be removed once again.
the CMs, GMs and the admins keep a close eye on the dev team function even if they might not be sending you pms every now and then.
so please keep in mind:
GETTING PROMOTED IS NOT THE END, ITS THE BEGINNING
