As we are growing with a rapid rate so it’s getting tough to mange forums and keep them organize with current limited staffs. And also many new features are coming very soon on site which will require more staff as well.

Each DEV Team will consist of 4-5 peoples as follows;

1. Videobie (already having enough videobies so not needed more at this moment but may be later)
2. Archievers (for videos, News, Pics…etc) and other dev members (for creativity etc)
3. Written updaters
4. Moderators

Apart from all DEV Teams one Channel Moderator for Zee TV & Star Plus each.

A detailed guide about functions and duties will be available later.
